The group has four subsidiaries: Binzhou Sanwei Automobile Trading Co., Ltd., Binzhou Wanquan Trading Co., Ltd., Binzhou Zhaoquan Trading Co., Ltd. and Binzhou Zhonghui Logistics Co., Ltd. There are three heavy-duty truck 4S stores in Binzhou base, namely China FAW Jiefang, SINOTRUK, and China FAW Qingdao Jiefang.
